A bit about me…

I am a policy and intervention design expert with over 20 years’ experience in public policy, social change, and systems thinking. Over the past decade, my work has centred on transforming our agrifood system. I design and deliver practical, evidence-informed strategies that support the transition to sustainable farming, healthier diets, and more equitable outcomes.

I bring a deep understanding of the policy process, having worked in government bodies, academia, and civil society in policy design, analysis, and advocacy roles at a leadership level.

My areas of expertise include:

  • Evidence-informed policymaking

  • Social policy research (design and commissioning)

  • Behaviour change interventions within food systems

  • Advocacy and strategic communications

I hold an MSc in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Gastronomy, and am currently undertaking a PhD in Agriculture and Food Systems at the University of Edinburgh. I am also a Nuffield Farming Scholar.

I work with governments, NGOs, and research institutions to research and design policies, interventions, and strategies that deliver real-world impact in complex systems.
